| These boys are twins. They were neglected and the birthmother abused alcohol. The children were brought to the orphanage as infants. The boys have cognitive, speech and language delays and are hyperactive. They most likely suffer from Fetal Alcohol syndrome. They love sport and outside games. Their health is good. They will need a family willing to face future challenges and have identified resources for the boys. | |
