Bethany Christian Services has been restoring, preserving, and building families through a comprehensive range of adoption services in Fredericksburg since 1986. This office was originally established to offer alternatives to women who might be considering abortion as a solution to an unplanned pregnancy.
Today, the Fredericksburg office continues to stand in the gap for women and their families who may be facing an unintended pregnancy. Since September, 2005, we have been able to offer limited medical services to women who have a positive pregnancy test. Because we now have a nurse on staff, we can provide a pregnancy diagnosis and ultrasound confirmation of pregnancy.
