Sometimes a birthmother waits until after the child's birth before she makes the final decision to make an adoption plan for her baby. Foster families are the families who stand ready to care for these children until they are permanently placed. Bethany recruits, trains and licenses foster parents who provide a safe, loving environment for children awaiting adoption.
