We at Bethany of MN are grateful that you are taking time to look at our wish list and learn about ways you can help Bethany help others. You are a blessing not only to our staff, but to those we serve, including women facing unplanned pregnancies, children and adoptive families. THANK YOU!
Wishes for Women Placing Their Children for Adoption
It is such a difficult time for a woman when she is discharged from the hospital, and she leaves with no baby in her arms, as a result of choosing adoption for her child. We would like to place a gift in the arms of the new mother at that time. Gift baskets make a wonderful choice at this time. Some items that are helpful to a birth mother include:
- Two new infant car seats
- Two new toddler car seats
- Two new booster seats
- Lotions or shower gel
- Scented candles
- A devotional book
- A journal and pen
- A picture frame to hold a picture of her baby
- A small photo album
- A Target or Walmart gift card

Other "Wish List" items:
- 2 - 4 or 5 drawer, standard size, heavy duty locking file cabinets
- A VCR/TV stand on wheels which places the t.v. about about 5' high, for training purposes
- 100 two-pocket, three pronged folders of any color(s).
- Groups and organizations sharing Bethany's mission who are interested and willing to host simple fund raisers, with Bethany staff assistance
