• Youth who have demonstrated sexual offender behavior: either have been adjudicated by a juvenile court or, if not adjudicated, have documentation of sexual offenses and/or sexually inappropriate behaviors
  • Youth who present a risk to the community due to the threat of sexual offending behaviors
  • Youth who qualify for treatment in a medium-security program
  • Your who may be moderately aggressive, angry, hostile, under socialized or demonstrating anti-socialized behavior
  • Youth who may be diagnosed with psychological issues; however, they must be psychologically stable
  • Youth who may have a history of alcohol or drug abuse
  • Youth who may have a history or failure in school, low academic achievement,
    truancy, or expulsion from school
  • Youth who may have a history of delinquency or have been presenting delinquent behaviors
  • Youth who can be abuse and neglect wards; however, may not be 4E funded
  • Youth who may not be an extreme risk for self-injury or suicide
  • Youth who may not be currently using or dependent on alcohol or drug use
