When will Bethany start taking clients for ADOPTS?
Bethany will start taking clients beginning September 2007.
When will Bethany begin the six week parent and children groups?
Bethany has set a launch date of October 2007, 5:30pm-7pm, one night per week (TBD).
Do I have to have adopted my child from Bethany in order to receive services?
No. ADOPTS is open to all eligible pre and post adoptive families and their adoptive child, as well as foster-to-adopt children. It makes no difference through which agency your child was adopted.
What if I want to use my insurance?
Your insurance company can answer your questions about mental health benefits, co-pays, deductible amounts, out-of-network benefits and Bethany’s participation in your plan. Bethany is anticipating being a provider for most major insurance carriers. Please call our office at 206.367.4604 for specific information on your carrier.
Do you accept medical coupons?
Not as of yet. However, Bethany is in the process of becoming a Washington State provider for families with medical coupons. Once we are approved, we will post it our website.
Can the ADOPTS program be covered by adoption support funds through the state of Washington?
Yes. Contact your caseworker or your adoption support administrator.
