Job Description- To ensure that the adoption related services we provide are proper and effective with regards to assisting the individuals and families who come to our door. To monitor and respond accordingly to the financial balance sheet so that we are not only effective in what we do, but that we are also good stewards with the monies provided that are in support of our ministry. To support our workers so that they are able to function well in each of their roles to the best of their abilities. To seek out new opportunities to advance Bethany's mission so that we can serve more children and families.
What do I enjoy about my job- I enjoy being used by God to make a difference in the lives of the children and families with whom we work. I enjoy seeing God show up when we pray and seek His blessing. I enjoy knowing that this is where God wants me to be and that He prepared me for this position, which gives me confidence and courage to lead where I sense He wants us to go. I enjoy working with our staff and being able to share what I have learned in Child Welfare over the years. I enjoy leading and striving to be faithful in honoring God as the Director of Bethany Christian Services of Central PA. |
