Community Education
Educational Trainings/Conferences

Educational trainings are hosted each November and April. These trainings are open to the community and are intended for both families and professionals. Foster Parent and Continuing Education credits are available.

Therapy/Support Services
A licensed mental health therapist is available to offer assistance in dealing with adoption related issues such as grief/loss, infertility, communication and relationship struggles, or emotional distress.

Support Groups

Adoptive Moms Support Group
This support group meets the last Monday night of the month, 7:00pm, at Trinity
Reformed Church in Orange City. Any mom who is considering adoption, who is
in the process of adoption, or who has adopted is invited to attend.

Correspondence, Search, and Reunification
A Bethany Christian Services staff member can assist with mailed correspondence between birth and adoptive families, searching out birth family members, and assisting in reunification meetings.
