Bethany's International department has a new opportunity for those who would like to pray for Bethany's children. Each week this site will be updated with a new prayer request.

Dear Warriors,
As the economy worsens, adoptions are down.

This means that children are not being adopted, especially the children with special needs.

Children are desperate for families. We currently have over 200 children with special placement needs waiting in orphanages worldwide.

Please pray that God will provide families willing and able to adopt the waiting children.
These precious children deserve the right to live in a family and learn about the love of Christ.

Please pray that finances will not stand in their way.

...You are the defender of orphans...Lord, you know the hopes of the hopeless. Surely you will listen to their cries and comfort them. You will bring justice to the orphans and the oppressed, so people can no longer terrify them.
Psalm 10: 14, 17-18
