Because the Journey doesn't end after placement...

Mission Statement
To provide quality, professional services to all members of the adoption triad throughout their adoption journey in a manner that reflects the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.

Who are Post Adoption services for?
Adoption is filled with unique joys and challenges.  Persons touched by adoption may have experiences that would benefit from additional education, support, and problem solving.  It is Bethany’s goal to support birthparents, adoptive parents, and adoptees with ongoing services after the adoption is finalized.

What are Post Adoption services?
    Post-Adoption Counseling:
Short term counseling, crisis response and if necessary, a referral source for ongoing counseling is available to all members of the triad.

    Search and Reunion Services:
Search and reunion services are offered to adoptees, adoptive families and birth families that would like to be in contact with one another.  Any exchange of information must be mutually agreeable and within the parameters of state laws.

    Adoption Mediation:
Bethany offers services to support adoptive and birth families with issues involving their adoption experience.  This may include facilitating a meeting between the adoptive parents, adoptees and birth families.

Please call us at 215.628.0202 for more information regarding fees.
