14th Annual Bethany Golf Marathon

Basic details are:

·	It's FREE to the golfers; they just need to raise a minimum of $500 in pledges. (Last year we had 2 golfers who raised over $6000 each). If the golfers find 10 people to pledge .50 per hole, that would be $500.
·	It's a marathon which means you golf "100" holes from sun up to sundown. (We have two 80 year old guys who still golf for Bethany)

Bethany supplies the golfers with:

·	All meals, snacks & soft beverages for the day.
·	Each golfer has their own cart.
·	Buckets of golf balls are available for use.
·	Rules for the day in order to complete 100 holes in one day
·	Pledge cards to give to sponsors

Bethany's responsibility:

·	Bethany will send out all the thank you letters.
·	Bethany will collect all the pledges from the sponsors.
·	Sponsor names will not be added to Bethany's mailing list, (they will receive the necessary golf mailings)
·	Share the Bethany story with the golfers in a short recognition presentation at the end of the day
