Dear beloved birthmother,

What grace and beauty you have shown by the choice you are making by giving your child a chance at a better life. It is very courageous of you to make such a life changing decision. Please know that this child will be loved as our own and cherished each day of their life. I am unable to bear a child so God has chosen adoption as a way for my husband and me to raise a child in a nurturing, Christian home.

Tom and I met when he was adopting a dog from the local animal shelter. A lady that he used as a reference and I worked with introduced us and the rest was history. Now a family of four, we have adopted a cat and you would think he and the dog are best friends or even brothers. A child or two (as we are open to twins) will complete our family and our life.

We have been married now going on five years and are ready to start a family. Both of us are very involved with church and our church family has been in prayer for us throughout the adoption process. Tom is very well rounded and sometimes known as a Mr. Fix it. He can fix about anything. I need to mention that he can grow a wonderful garden, all of which he learned from his grandfathers. He followed them around all through his childhood years. I love to be involved in charity work, cheerleading, and church activities. We both share a love for church, family, and the outdoors.

We know life has not turned out the way you planned, but by choosing life for your child, you are forever changing the lives of a couple that are eagerly waiting to be called mommy and daddy. We want to give our child every opportunity to grow and develop both physically and mentally. We want them to grow up to be self confident in who they are. Our parents are anxiously waiting to become grandparents again. This child will be loved more than you will ever know. He or she will be in rolled in our church day care until they start school and also attend Sunday school there as they grow up.

You are truly a blessing to us. We pray that God will help you make what we know will be your hardest decision ever. We will love this child as if they were our own and raise them in a loving Christian home.
