    Stefanie Turner, M.P.A., Director of State Contracts
    As director, Stefanie supervises the Older Child Adoption Program, Wendy’s Wonderful Kids, Homes for Georgia’s Kids, and the Georgia Center for Resources and Support. Prior to becoming the Director of State Contracts, Stefanie worked for 16 years in child welfare focusing on the permanency needs of children in foster care. She was the original Wednesday's Child Coordinator for the State of Georgia and most recently coordinated the Response Team for Adopt Us Kids.

    Courtney Huyser, B.S., Adoption Assistant
    Courtney is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, where Bethany is headquartered. She has bachelor’s degree in international business and has worked at Bethany since 2003. Courtney previously worked for Bethany in Michigan as a product marketing coordinator, where she wrote for LifeLines, Bethany’s quarterly magazine. Courtney also worked at Bethany as an intercountry adoption assistant/dossier specialist in Georgia where she assisted 134 adoptions in three years.

    Helen Renfroe, M.S.S.W., L.C.S.W., Adoption Specialist
    Helen is a licensed clinical social worker and holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. Her entire career has been spent working in the child welfare field not only in Georgia but also in Tennessee, Oregon, and Illinois. She previously worked as a child protective services specialist, family reunification case worker, and child and adolescent mental health therapist. Additionally, Helen served at Bethany as a foster care supervisor and director of foster care.

    Autumn Andretta, M.S.W. pending, Adoption Specialist
    Autumn is pursing her master's degree in social work from Kennesaw State University, where she’ll graduate in May of 2010, and holds a bachelor’s degree in human services. Autumn has experience working in residential and school settings with children and adolescents. She has worked in the field of adoptions for approximately two years. Prior to that time, she was the assistant director at a pregnancy resource center.

    Deborah Henry, B.S., Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Recruiter
    Deborah has worked in the social services field for the past 12 years, and holds a bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in psychology. Deborah’s experience includes case management within therapeutic foster care, adoption, and residential settings. These opportunities have provided her with a wide range of understanding regarding permanency as well as a thorough insight of a child’s needs.

    JaKarynn Conyers, 2009-2010 Master’s Level Intern
