From the Director
Bethany has been serving people in New Jersey and New York since 1960. I have been the director of Bethany Christian Services of New Jersey since 1989, and of New York since 1994. I supervise the new Fair Lawn office in New Jersey (formerly at Midland Park) as well as the New York offices in Manhattan, Warwick, and Rochester. I am honored to be part of the Bethany ministry.
We have a dedicated staff of professionals who look forward to working with you. We offer counseling to birthparents, and domestic and International adoption services. We at Bethany believe it is a privilege to share in this part of your life. If you are a birthparent, we realize you are making one of the most difficult decisions of your life. Your counselor will be with you to help you decide what is best for you and your child. If you are a person considering adopting a child, our staff is committed to helping you explore your options. We provide on-going education and support in your journey.
In addition to the above services, our staff is available to speak at both public and private schools, churches, hospitals and civic organizations. We look forward to spreading the news of Bethany’s services.
On a personal note, I received my Master of Social Work from New York University. Prior to that, I was an educator, receiving my Master of Education from Michigan State University.
