Post Adoption Support



    CARES provides professional, comprehensive post-adoption support, referral, and educational services to adoption triad members through programming that promotes healthy, life-long adoption experiences.

    Length of Involvement
    Involvement varies with type of service. Brief contacts may address questions or offer a referral. Contacts over several months assist with search, reunion, or family issues requiring in-depth involvement.
