Experience:
Christina worked for Allegan County Community Mental Health for 4 years as a home based therapist and an outpatient therapist for children and adolescents. Her master’s level internship was with inpatient adolescents at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo. She has worked for Bethany for 3 years as a child and family therapist.
Specialties:
Christina specialties include anger management, anxiety, depression, self esteem, parenting, grief and loss, and trauma. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Christina has been trained in post adoption issues and has experience working with many children who have been adopted.
She is a trained ADOPTS therapist, counseling families with adopted children who have had or are currently experiencing trauma.
About Christina:
Christina is a wife and mother to two young children. She keeps busy with her family and her church. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
