** Tom and Amy Seibel and their 12 children have performing musically together for about 11 years. They sing together as a family and 7 of the children play various instruments. The children range in age from 18 years down to the newest member born on January 23rd of this year. They began singing publicly by going to several assisted living homes in the area. As their name spread, they've expanded to singing for a wide variety of events as well as putting on a Christmas concert for the community every year. It has been their privilege to share their faith in Jesus Christ through their music and through their lives as a family. |

*For 14 years, Pastor Johnny Carr was a full-time minister who served several different churches ranging in size from 100 to 1,700 weekly attendees. Johnny was the Pastor of Ministry and Leadership Development and led the church in establishing its first orphan/adoption ministry, which sponsored mission trips to orphanages and resulted in their adoption of several children.
Pastor Johnny married Beth, a deaf educator. The couple has four children: Heather, Jared, James, and Xiaoli. James and Xiaoli were both adopted from China and are deaf. It was during the adoption of James that God began speaking to the Carrs about committing their lives to orphan care. After many confirmations from the Lord, Johnny left the full-time church ministry to become Bethany’s first National Director of Church Partnerships.
Johnny believes that the Church must take the lead in the world’s orphan crisis. His goal is to inspire the Church to truly understand and obey James 1:27, which calls believers to care for orphans. | |
