Adoption Coordinator
Chris Troutt is the International Adoption Coordinator for Bethany Christian Services. She works with families who are adopting internationally from Colombia, Guatemala, Haiti, Lithuania, Russia, and Ukraine. She also works with some Independent Domestic families to complete their home assessments and post placement reports.

She and her husband Burt have eleven children and seven grandchildren. They are in the process of adopting one more child from Lithuania who is a Child of Promise. They are very excited about bringing her home in the near future. They live in Westmoreland, Tennessee.

Before coming to Bethany Christian Services she worked as an Assistant Director for an area homeless shelter for ten years. She has an Associate’s Degree in Human Services, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, aminor in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

She has been with Bethany Christian Services since January 2006. She is excited and honored to be a part of the Bethany ministry. She is amazed on a daily basis to watch as God works in the lives of His people. She notes that it is a privilege to walk beside families during their journey.
