As we think toward the holiday season and some great ways to be able to celebrate our child's birth country, we wanted to share with you a craft idea, which can be found on the Rainbow Kids website:
Children can create an ornament that represents their connection to both Guatemala and the U.S. One side is the flag of the USA and the other is the flag of Guatemala.
Directions
1. Print the attachment
2. Decorate both flags (Guatemala and the US)
3. Glue a photo on the oval
4. Fold and glue the two sides together
5. Add a string or ribbon to hang the ornament
