We received this positive update from Dixie at God's Littlest Angels. It is so exciting to hear about, and see, the progress in Haitian adoptions.
"Things have been going very well for many GLA families who are in IBESR, Parquet, and MOI. We have seen some files in Parquet released that have been held for almost one year. As you will see from the “Forever Family” pages in our upcoming newsletter, we have had a lot of visas issued and children who have gone home since January 2008.

"There are still problem areas in the adoption process, but we have seen a definite improvement and soon hope to have some children going home less than 12 months after their dossiers went into IBESR! We just pray that the process stays steady and moving along.
"Our waiting list is finally getting shorter. As children are going to their “forever” families, we are able to take new children into the orphanage."
