Jillian Alfeo

Jillian Alfeo

Regional Director of Operations - Lincoln

Jillian is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College and her Master’s degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Jillian has fifteen years of experience in behavioral healthcare working with children and families and in geropsych and memory care units. Jillian is a Peer Reviewer for COA, a Course Educator at BU Medical School and has been trained in adventured based therapy and challenge course management. Jillian and her husband Gino have three beautiful children, Ayla, Celina and Gino. Jillian serves as the Regional Director of Operations for the Northeast.

Assistant Branch Director - Lincoln

Donna re-joined Bethany Christian Services in 2021 as the Assistant Branch Director. Donna was previously the supervisor for the Safe Families for Children program. Donna is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who earned her bachelor’s degree at Gordon College and her Master’s degree at Bridgewater State University. Donna has fifteen years of experience in behavioral healthcare working with children and families. She is passionate about family strengthening and preservation programs.

Clinical Supervisor of Refugee Services - Marlborough

Jessica Prickett re-joined Bethany Christian Services in 2021 as the Clinical Supervisor of Refugee Services. Jessica is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who earned her Bachelor’s degree from Gordon College and a Master’s from Rutgers University with an emphasis in International Social Work. Jessica holds a certificate in Management and Supervision in Human Services from Boston College. Jessica has had the privilege to work in refugee resettlement and refugee services for the past ten years. Jessica is passionate about mental health access for underserved communities, engaging the local church, organizational management and supporting staff. She loves hiking and going to the beach with her husband and two children.

HR/PRS Case Manager - Marlborough

Leandra joined Bethany Christian Services in 2021 as PRS Case Manager. Leandra has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Leandra is bilingual and has studied Expressive Art Therapy at Lesley University. She loves to inspire and empower unaccompanied minors and their families in their journey towards a positive transition and getting connected to needed resources. She enjoys utilizing the power of making meaningful connections through shared experiences and creative outlets.

Mona Mohamed

Mona Mohamed

Post Release Services Intake and Quality Assurance Coordinator - Marlborough

Mona joined Bethany Christian Services in 2021 and maintains quality assurance and case management. She typically monitors the UC portal daily to observe trends, for referrals in identified Tier 1 and Tier 3 states and report directly to the NIC team (National Intake Coordinator) once a case needing services is identified. She also participates in trainings to better equip herself in regard to child welfare programs, and immigrant service arenas. Her other tasks include providing monthly quality data reports to the National team, report issues with the CMP (case management platform, communicating delinquent work assignments, and conducting random audits of the database system for documentation.

Carlos Nunes

Carlos Nunes

Wraparound Stabilization Therapist - Marlborough

Carlos provides Wraparound and Stabilization Services in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to clients in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. He provides case management in the context of a multi-disciplinary treatment that includes therapy and clinical support to refugee and/or immigrant adults in the post-Release program. He assists clients with a wide range of issues including trauma-related and other mental health concerns. Carlos provides human trafficking and/or outpatient screening as needed for clients where human trafficking, torture or any informed trauma are suspected.

UAC Case Manager - Marlborough

Diego joined Bethany Christian Services in 2019. He has 7 years of case management experience, reunification planning, licensing foster families and crisis intervention. He is passionate and excited to work with refugee and immigrant families to provide a better opportunity for these families and maintain a safe and supportive placement. Diego speaks three languages and studied at Franklin Pierce University.
