Providing Teens With Guidance and Support*

*offered only in Madison Heights, Michigan

The Teen Outreach Program (TOP) in Madison Heights, Michigan, is a federally-funded youth life skills program that provides youth support as they gain self-confidence and self-awareness through positive adult guidance in order to develop life skills, healthy behaviors, and a sense of purpose.

TOP is only available for teens in foster care placement or at a residential facility between 12–20 years old in or near Madison Heights, Michigan. There is no cost to attend the program and the youth will meet weekly at the residential facility or at our Bethany office for 16 weeks throughout the school year and can attend as many of these 16-week sessions as they’d like.
