Amy Scott
State Director - Chattanooga
Amy has enjoyed a career in Child Welfare that started in 2007. It has included work with expectant parents, adoptive families, adoptees, foster parents, unaccompanied children and families in crisis. She serves as the State Director over all programs in Tennessee, and she attributes the success of programming to the great staff she gets to work with each day. Amy has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University and she has received extensive training in Trust Based Relational Intervention, Homebuilders and Leadership development. Amy resides in NW GA with her husband and children.
Teri Seaton-Reaves
Assistant Branch Director - Memphis
Teri Seaton joined Bethany Christian Services 2014 and has worked in the field of social work for over 23 years. She has a LBSW from New Mexico and a Master’s degree in social work. Teri is passionate about providing support and guidance to employees who need help in making an informed decision regarding families that they are working with.
Bethany Justice
Administrative Assistant - Memphis
Bethany Justice joined Bethany Christian Services in 2015. She is our clients’ first point of contact by phone or walk-in. Bethany considers it a blessing to be a part of the Memphis West-TN team. She is a Tennessee native and active in her local church in Memphis. She is passionate about ensuring children have loving and stable Christian homes.
Tammy Franklin
Regional Adoption Specialist for Waiting Families - Memphis
Tammy joined Bethany Christian Services in 2019. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Union University. Tammy is also a retired US Marine and served our country for 24 years. Tammy is passionate about her serving at her church, community and supporting families and children in need.
Tyriniesha L. Anderson
Safe Families Coordinator/Adoption Specialist - Memphis
Ty comes with years of experience working in Child Welfare and advocating for families and children. Ty is married to Kendall Anderson. They have two amazing sons and godson! She enjoys spending time with her family. When she is not spending time with family, she is spending time with friends. Ty is active in her church. She is passionate about children and their families and helping them stay together. Ty loves God and his people.
