Jamie Minick, MA, LPC

Assistant Branch Director, MA, LPC - Lancaster

Jamie Minick serves as the Assistant Branch Director for Central Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Jamie holds degrees in Psychology and Counseling and is a licensed professional counselor. She has been serving in child welfare for over 20 years. Jamie also cares for clients in Bethany’s Counseling Services Program. She values Bethany’s ability to bring faith into the services being provided and ensuring that all those she encounters recognize their value.

Jennifer Cummings

Jennifer Cummings

Satellite Branch Director MS, LPC - State College

Jennie Cummings serves as foster care and foster care adoption supervisor for the Central Pennsylvania region. In addition, she works with expectant parents through the pregnancy counseling program, and serves a small number of clients through the counseling department. Jennie's educational background is in human development and counseling, and she has over 10 years of experience working with various populations within the human services sector.

Resource Family Development Specialist - State College

Jessica joined Bethany in 2019 and serves as the foster care family worker in the State College office. Jessica received her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University in 2013. She enjoys her role equipping and supporting families on their journeys through foster care and foster care adoption.

Robin Regan

Robin Regan

Adoption Specialist LSW, MSSW - State College

Robin serves as a counselor, foster parent trainer, and domestic adoption caseworker for Bethany Christian Services. She has a Bachelors degree and a Masters degrees in Social Work and has over 14 years of experience in foster care and adoption. Robin considers it a great privilege to come alongside adoptive and foster families and offer hope, understanding, and practical help.

Tina Wheeler

Tina Wheeler

Office Manager - State College

Tina Wheeler has worked for over 15 years in foster care and foster care adoption. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, as well as behind the scenes. The one thing that has stayed the same is Tina’s compassion and willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure children and families receive the support they need.
