Go Further for Family (Philadelphia - GDV Branch) 2024

Event Details

Walk or run to Go Further for Family at Fort Washington State Park, a perfect backdrop for Bethany's Greater Delaware Valley walk and 5K run. With your participation and support, you can help ensure vulnerable kids and families are safe, loved, and connected.

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. 

Race begins at 9:30 a.m.

EVENTS 

5K race: During the out-and-back 5K, racers will travel 3.1 miles on the paved road around the campus and the arboretum. The challenging course will start and finish by Brights Hall and the event will be chip-timed. 

·        Early bird registration (today – April 8): $35, guarantees free T-shirt

·        Regular registration (April 9 – May 18): $40, T-shirts available as supplies last

1-mile walk: Walkers will travel together through paved roads and the arboretum.   

·        Early bird registration (today – April 8): $25, guarantees free T-shirt

·        Regular registration (April 9 – May 18): $30, T-shirts available as supplies last

·        Children (under 12): FREE

Kids fun run: Shorter distance for kids only (separated by age group)

·        Children (under 12): FREE 

Awards: Racer awards will be presented to male and female overall winners and by age group.

For the whole family: Fun activities for kids of all ages include carnival games, face painting, arts and crafts, music, and much more.
